The wave pattern embossed into this rose-gilt dial is a texture unique to the ladies' Nautilus line, catching light differently depending on the angle you view it from. Ref. 7118/1300R-001 runs on Calibre 26-330 S C. It was brand new, complete with box and papers, and has since sold. It comes on the integrated rose gold Nautilus bracelet, matching the wave-pattern dial in a single continuous warm metal.
