Purple sapphire hour markers against a turquoise dial is a colour pairing Rolex rarely repeats twice the same way, gem-set Day-Dates like this one are essentially one-offs within the reference. Ref. 128348RBR is cased in 18ct yellow gold at 36mm, running on Calibre 3255. It was brand new, complete with box and papers, and has since sold.
