World Time Chronograph

It is an art form to make a complicated timepiece look simple and elegant. Yet, this is exactly what Patek Philippe has achieved with the World Time collection, and especially so with Ref. 5930P. With this particular reference housing a self-winding chronograph function within the World Time variations, it is somewhat of an oxymoron to have a piece under the complication category of the collection to be elegantly simple in its design and legibility, while representing 24 city time zones.  The Reference is powered by the Calibre CH 28-250 HU, with 343 components and provides 50 to 55 hours of power reserve.

The 39.5mm case is sculpted from platinum (with Patek's signature brilliant-cut diamond embedded below the 6 o'clock on the case side), adding the weight that makes the wearer recognize they have a significant piece on the wrist. The dial is striking, with the vibrant green that draws immediate attention and evolves with the light at different angles, followed by the hand-guilloched pattern that exemplifies Patek Philippe's mastery of fine craftsmanship.
